USA takes a step forward? Or back?'

Recently the United States of America came out and said that they have found and killed Osama Bin Laden. As most of you know Osama (or as some places spell it Usama) was the face of terrorism. He's been playing hide and seek with the United States for over ten years now and we finally managed to get him. I've read several different reactions to this. At first it seemed everyone was overly excited by the turn of events. Then the next day everyone was screaming conspiracies. Now a lot of people are saying it was a mistake to kill him. That it will only cause more acts of terrorism.  And some people, really don't care.

Well here is what I think. I think this is a very serious situation. I do think that the United States was right in finding the man who destroyed our feelings of security in our own country by taking out the World Trade Centers on September 11th, killing several people. I also believe that it truly is a step forward for our war on terror. Terrorism is a serious issue, and I feel we all need to actually take a moment and think about it. I don't think that it was a conspiracy at all, though it will probably help president Obama with the polls on the next election. And of course this is going to get a little whip lash from the other terrorist. Think about it though, if you push someone, they push back. However, we're prepared for it, we're expecting it, so when they try they will fail. 

We really need to understand that this is a historical moment in time, and we're all here to witness it. I also thing its a matter that everyone needs to take seriously. We need to realize whats going on in our lives. We need to support the troops that are over there protecting our civil liberties with their lives. This isn't just about the President, this is about us. This is even just about the United States of America. Its about everyone.
